- Play a song that I know all the words to. Sing loudly.
- Wear a fun pair of socks. If I can’t find a fun pair, mismatch.
- Don’t listen to or watch the news. The world will go on without me.
- Look for something beautiful on my way to work.
- Doodle when I should be listening.
- Dance a little bit.
- Compliment five people. Mean it each time.
- Smile at people who aren’t smiling.
- Find some crayons. Color.
- Laugh at something. Even if I really shouldn’t think it’s that funny.

Thank you thank you thank you.
I’ve had a miserable week and couldn’t figure out what to do to make my days better.
I will definitely go home in about an hour and sing my lungs out and practice my humpty dumpty dance steps….hehe

Sing loudly is one of my favorite things to do. For some reason it always makes me feel better.
Wearing fun socks is not something I had thought of, but it sounds like one of those things that would work well.
